Recently Lyfebulb and ShugaTrak shared a spectacular evening at NYC hotspot Le Colonial as they gathered to introduce people to ShugaTrak, the new app from Applivate that allows you to monitor the blood glucose levels of a loved one via bluetooth, receiving text updates straight to your phone. Applivate co-founder and ShugaTrak creator, John Fitzpatrick told us the story of how he was inspired to create the app and Dr. Karin Hehenberger expressed to the crowd the new mission of Lyfebulb, “Invest in Yourself!” By taking a part in investing in technologies, such as ShugaTrak, Dr. Hehenberger believes that diabetics can improve upon their own lifestyle.
